Refund Policy
Empowering with Bling does not provide refunds or exchanges. All acquired items are considered final sale. In case of damaged or missing items, it is necessary to report within 5 days of receiving the package, providing details of the delivery along with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment and may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible due to the high volume of orders.
Bling Stun Gun Policy: Specifies that stun guns cannot be shipped to Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Washington and Wisconsin.
Processing time: For orders is 3-5 business days, while custom orders take 5-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. It's important to note that processing times are distinct from shipping times, which are estimated at 7-10 business days within the United States.
**Note: This is an estimate, and any shipping delays, especially those caused by lingering effects of COVID on USPS, are not the responsibility of Empowering with Bling.
Packages Returned: Due to delivery failure, unknown address, or inability to contact the recipient cannot be canceled or refunded. Empowering with Bling is not liable for lost packages marked as "delivered", and any such concerns should be addressed directly with USPS by filing a claim. The company is not responsible for stolen packages.
